3. Allow it to cool slightly. When it has cooled enough to thicken to the same thickness of the honey you are using, stir in the honey. If using a solid raw honey, melt with the cocoa butter.
4. Make sure all ingredients are well incorporated and smooth. At this point, make sure that no water or liquid gets in to the chocolate as it can cause the texture to get mealy! Be careful even with wet hands or a drop of water in the mold!

1. Mix all ingredients and store.
2. To prepare, add 2-3 Tbsp dry mix to 8 oz of milk of choice (use coconut or almond milk for dairy free), whisking vigorously (you'll still have some clumps on top). I like 3 Tbsp for a darker chocolate flavor, but you can also start with 2 and add more at the end to suit your taste.
3. Heat mixture in the microwave or on the stovetop until steaming. Remove and whisk again until smooth.
4. Add any desired toppings and serve!

1. Place 2 cake pans bottoms down on 2 pieces of parchment paper, circle around with pencil, then cut out each circle with scissors. Place cut outs inside of each cake pan and spray with cooking spray covering the sides. Set aside.
