How to Make Oatmeal Water to Lose Weight 5 steps

1. To make oat water and take advantage of all of its health benefits, you need the equivalent to a cup of oatmeal and three liters of water. Optionally, you can add some kind of sweetener to sweeten when ready to drink, and cinnamon sticks to scent it.
2. The first thing we need to do to prepare oatmeal water is liquefy or beat the flakes with a little water. Use enough water to cover the flakes, reserve the rest for later.
3. When you have the fine crushed oats, take a pot or saucepan, pour in the remaining water, add oats and put everything to a boil. When you reach boiling point, leave it for five minutes off the fire.
4. Let it cool slightly and strain the oat water. If you do not like lumps, use a fine mesh strainer. When you've drained it, you must preserve it in the fridge.
5. If you want to lose those extra kilos, drink a glass of oat water morning on an empty stomach, and another in the afternoon. You will see that fasting starts to make your stomach tighter.
